EDGE Project

I am excited to be a part of this summer day basketball camp. I love to help kids and share my knowledge of the game of basketball. Completing this edge project will help me in so many different ways. Although this project will not be an easy project due to the obstacles that stand in my way of completing this project, but I am I up for the challenge. Some obstacles that I will have to over during this project is being able to have confidence to become a better leader and better teacher. This will be a challenge for me because my whole life I have always been a quiet and shy person and will now have to step out of my comfort zone and be more talkative during this time. Being able to be more talkative is the key to me become a better leader because all good leaders are good at giving instruction and also great speakers. The way I will be able to over this challenge is because basketball is something I love to do and I am always in my comfort zone whenever I get a chance to be around basketball. I am excited about this project because I know this project will allow me to become the great leader I want to be. The summer day camp will give me hands on experience with campers and allow me to share my knowledge with the campers. By completing this project it truly gives me edge over the people I will be competing against for a job down the road in life. Last but not least this project will help me on the basketball court and my leadership skills. By the end of this project I should have more confidence as a leader which is my ultimate goal completing this project.
